It almost looks like they are doing this for attention. I don't want to make accusations without much research. But these things don't show much of "brand"

It's probably even one of those companies that tried to gain some marketcap by having "blockchain" in the name. They don't do mining in Canada and Canada isn't some low tax country. Maybe they just wanted to be on TSXV.
