One of the problems with pension funds is that they have conditions that were created for another time and economic situation

This is the main root of the problem. It's in the same line with the thought process of people that agreed on 40 hour work weeks being a good idea. Maybe it was a good idea back then, but years later we're far from right.

Far too much, given current technology is way too efficient. But working from home is a big step in the right direction to fix the approach to employment.
