Hello all Actifits!
Today was a pretty normal day, full of small errands and work. Even though I didn't plan on doing any major sports, I tried to move as much as I could. Walking to work, a few steps during my lunch break, and walking the dog in the evening – it all added up and I'm happy with today's result.
