I have never heard of a ship-based book fair before. Many years ago I saw an American military medical ship off the coast of Cambodia, apparently they offer free surgeries and various services all over the world. Thanks for sharing some boats, guess if you're from the Philippines it's nearly impossible to not have some kind of experience with a boat, haha.
