We ate purple cauliflower for the first time this evening 😋 The purple is natural and due to the antioxidant anthocyanin which is also contained in red cabbage and red wine 🍷 It tasted like white cauliflower to me.
Unfortunately, there was some reheated Gorgonzola (blue cheese) in the pie 🥧 and my stomach is “upset” 🤢
I will have to try chamomile tea 🍵
