Haha nah, luckely not! Here at hive we have such an effective governance system that would not allow this to happen!
Furthermore Hive does not have an vulnerability where an individual whale holding could both raise the return proposal threshold, potentially blocking proposals to make governance changes, while at the same time initiating (or supporting) a proposal that would safeguard his personal position. Creating a stalemate that raises the barrier for change with another 30m hive. Luckely that is not the case!
