Chia yep... I throw all sorts in there and have some variation of it every morning (almost)
The fresh strawberries and raspberries chopped up are essential and some decent nuts. Plain old whole foods, that's what ya want to be eating as much as possible.
All good this end, busy busy, but life is good and me and the family are healthy, everything else is a bonus 👌
