Chest training is always a fun day, at least that's how I feel. For some reason, the mood seems to change very pleasantly when chest day arrives.
After yesterday's tiring day with leg training, today chest training is my daily schedule. with my friends we started training with incline bench press, then flat bench press, decline bench press and other variations.
Fatigue exists, but being healthy and looking good must remain our priority and commitment.
Let's just keep it short today, let's stay healthy and enthusiastic!!
