There's not much you can do, just mute them and be careful not to click on anything.
hive-reward is another. They all look similar as new accounts with a Hive logo, but fake followers. They were just using DMs, but if they post they get downvoted, so should never have a rep higher than 25.
Thanks for helping to expose these fake profiles. I already went there and muted that hive-reward. What I did was give negative votes on the threads. On Peakd, you can click on "view as hive post" and give DV on their comments. I already did that on a few.

@hive.airdrop is a scam again that's promoting HIVE airdrop program. Why is no one doing anything about it?
The network is decentralized, there is nothing that can be done to "ban" him.
What you can do is mute this profile and continue to warn and advise people that it is a scam. If he makes any posts, downvote them to lower his reputation.
They said nobody can do anything to the account to stop posting. The only thing we can do is to downvote the account to minimize its exposure and also tell people about it.

“God may perhaps grant them repentance leading to a knowledge of the truth,” which is a phrase from 1 Timothy 2:4. God may or may not grant them to repent and believe. It’s a gift of sovereign grace.
That’s the beauty of grace. We are undeserving of Heaven. Even Christians sin. We are saved by our faith. With true faith comes a desire to serve God, repent and live for Him.
I would need to write a very long comment to answer that. Overall, I think just being a good person already helps a lot.
