Woah, Namtaan peep. As we know, this sugar is made from coconut, uniqely it is mixed in coconut drink (coconut ice), so-called "es degan" in Indonesian. I mean, coconut sugar for coconut ice. πŸ˜€

Yes I know. My father Indonesian born & raised - before Independence. In Thai we use this sugar in EVERYTHING - to balance spicy & sour flavours.

Yap, in spicy flavour, it is ingredient of "sambal petis".
