There are a many possibilities. But I would not favor a special group of people, there should already be equal opportunities for all!

Card for the one-year anniversary is a "must". Maybe a "piece of birthday cake (50% boost every 12 hours)" or a magnum bottle of champagne (like whiskey)
A raffle for the one year anniversary wouldn't be bad either (1 ticket in each pack or a special mission for 1 ticket (chance 1 in 10). Prizes would be Hive, Starbits, cards or packs, etc. Maybe other DAPPs (opensea, cryptobrewmaster, Rabona, Splinterlands, DCity) would be willing to talk for a cross promotion.
