This usually happens to me when I overthink before bed, and it causes muscle tension.

Always drink water before bed. Even mild dehydration can cause headaches. If you changed your pillow, it could be that too, and stress can generally cause this as well. De-stressing is important. You do so much for other people, don’t forget to look after yourself as well, as you are important too. :)
