Simple Evening Walk After Iftar | Staying Active During Ramadan 🌙🚶‍♂️
Today was a calm and a little slow day. Ramadan changes the routine of life a lot. During the daytime I mostly stayed inside because fasting in our area can be a bit tiring, especially when the weather becomes slightly warm. Still, I tried to keep my energy positive and wait for the beautiful moment of Iftar.
After Maghrib prayer and Iftar, I felt much better. I had some water, dates, and simple food, then after resting for a short time I decided to go outside for a walk. Honestly, walking after Iftar has become a small habit for me these days. It helps the body digest food and also refreshes the mind.
The streets were peaceful tonight. A few people were also walking, some kids were playing, and small shops were open with lights shining. In Pakistan during Ramadan nights feel very alive. Even though the day is quiet, the evening brings a different kind of energy.
I walked slowly, not very fast, just enjoying the cool air and the silence of the road. Sometimes I think these small walks are not only about steps. They are also about clearing the mind and feeling grateful for simple things in life.
Today’s activity was not huge, but consistency is more important than intensity. Step by step we keep moving forward.
Ramadan is also teaching patience, balance, and discipline. Even a short walk reminds me that staying active is still possible during fasting days.
Wishing everyone a peaceful Ramadan and good health. 🌙
Stay active and take care everyone!
