Hello Assalamualaikum @everone, greetings to all from @theindicators. How are you doing today I hope all are well and I'm also good π π
Ramadan days feel a little different. The routine changes, sleep schedule changes, and even the way we enjoy food becomes more meaningful.
Yesterday evening, while waiting for iftar time, I suddenly felt like making something a bit different. Usually our iftar table has the traditional items like samosas, pakoras, dates, and fruit chaat. But sometimes it feels good to try something new.
So I decided to prepare a homemade pizza.
To be honest, it wasnβt something I had planned earlier. I just looked at the ingredients available in the kitchen and thought, why not try it. I added some chicken pieces, sliced sausages, a few olives, and green capsicum. After spreading the cheese on top, I made a small swirl of sauce just to give it a nice look.
While the pizza was cooking, the smell in the kitchen was honestly making everyone more hungry. And during Ramadan, even the smell of food feels stronger because you have been fasting the whole day.
When iftar time finally arrived, we started with dates and water as usual. After that, we placed the pizza on the table. It looked simple but really delicious with melted cheese and colorful toppings.
The best part of Ramadan is not just the food, but the feeling of sharing it with family. Everyone sits together, talks about their day, and enjoys the meal after a long fast.
This homemade pizza turned out to be a nice little addition to our iftar table. It might not look like a restaurant-style pizza, but the taste and the moment made it special.
Sometimes small experiments in the kitchen create beautiful memories.
Ramadan reminds us that gratitude and simplicity are the real blessings in life.
