Oh you've got your hands full now, 'nearing her teenage years' is a very scary place for parents lol.
I think most kids are the same about money, it just seems to burn a hole in their pocket. I hear some folks say their kids are all for saving, but I think that's often heard about but seldom seen, like some urban legend lol.
No matter how old your kids get, they'll still need their dad to unstick the door :)
It is a mad place. It seemed to happen over night too. She is already perfecting the rolling eyes and tired sighs when us olds try to chivvy her into doing stuff 😀
