Oh yeah the reason is my mana does not work. Someone has it blocked! I cannot delegate, I have been trying for months!!! I posted articles about it and no-one ever acknowledged it, even before I got shadow banned! Seriously I cannot delegate over 250, never could since last HF!!! Right now my SP is sitting here locked up worthless!!!!!!! That its why I am pissed!!!!! too!!!!! Bernie messed with my mana I think! Or someone did????? It works for everyone else I would assume. I want to keep my sp for this, maybe when my sp recharges if I can sit on my hands a little, I got a SP bump up coming in a few days! wink! wink!! lol
