Do you charge patients when they cancel the day of their appointment? Just wondering.

We don't, although we've talked about it. In this area, there are a lot of patients on Medicaid, and it's my understanding that you can't charge them. If their claims are denied, it specifically states we cannot bill the paitient, so I would think that would carry over to a late charge.
Not always, but usually, those patients are the ones who are 'no shows'. We do have have a 3 strikes and you're out plan in place; if you miss 3 appointments, then you must walk in only on Wednesdays AND between the hours of 11 AM and 3 PM only.
I would not dream of making an appointment and not showing up nor calling either.
Glad you like those pictures! I've wondered if I could sell some of the ones I've taken, but I've not tried.
Love you back, sis! 🤗😘😍🌹. !HOPE !INDEED
