RE: Unknown Values

To align yourself with doing things that matter for what you value is pretty hard, at least for me. Too much stuff in our daily life that we do is actually not important too many distractions that it is easy to get lost in the maze of stuff that needs to be done and is "on the list" but that actually don't matter much.

Also some of the things I enjoy doing do not add anything to the things I value, and others that are kind of outside of my area of expertise and are harder to do are what is needed to bring improvement to the things I actually value.

For sure. It is like we are constantly being persuaded to ignore what matters I favour for what doesn't matter to us.

Isn't it strange how many of the things we enjoy, go against what we value?
