I haven't been to the gym for three weeks because I'm taking care of my mum, who is recovering from surgery, and my elderly grandmother. Even though I told myself I would set aside some time each day to exercise, I haven't done it. It's difficult when you're exhausted and the housework never ends. For me, it's definitely essential to leave the house and go to the gym to exercise. The problem is that I don't know when I'll be able to go back because I have the responsibility of caring for my grandmother all day. This situation makes me very sad and gives me mixed feelings. On the one hand, I'm happy that my mother's health problem has been resolved and that I'm able to care for my grandmother, but on the other hand, it makes me sad that I'm sacrificing my own well-being. I'm putting myself second or third, and every day I'm more exhausted and sad, and I don't know what to do.

Ya tengo tres semanas sin ir al gimnasio debido a que estoy cuidando a mi mamá que esta de reposo postoperatorio y a mi abuela que es mayor, por más que me dije que apartaria un momento en el día para hacer ejercicio no lo he hecho, resulta difícil cuando estas agotado y cuando el trabajo en el hogar no termina nunca, definitivamente para mí es obligatorio salir de casa al gimnasio para hacer ejercicio, el problema es que no sé cuando pueda volver, porque tengo la responsabilidad de cuidar a mi abuela todo el día, esta situación me tiene muy triste y con sentimientos encontrados, por un lado me siento feliz de que mi mamá solucionara su problema de salud y por cuidar a mi abuela, pero por el otro lado me da tristeza que estoy sacrificando mi propio bienestar, me.estoy dejando en segundo o tercer lugar, cada dia estoy más agotada y triste y no sé que hacer.
