are you a homebrewer?
Yep... =) but still on-going learner... I have only brewed... like 400 liters of beer in total. In 30 liters fermenter. Tried a couple of crazy stuff already... but I am always learning.
Cool cool! I have started learning brewing in 2012, but our very first batch was an APA 500l batch) was crazy for my country))
One of the key missions of our game is to make people understand the brewing process and an ingredients behind it. We’ll see where it will gets us)

I had once tried that motivation on youtube.. but I am no Star... so, not successful. Even if knowledge is good. I know I needed to be more persistent... but anyways. I did not followed up.
Anyway, now I don't have patience to teach much (via digital media)... I just enjoy brewing in group or alone.
500 L it's a big leg! 😱 In New Zealand, we get to enjoy lots of fresh hops (even from offshore)... =) when its season, it's supper great to get the local garage projects...
I have tried so far a couple of crazy stuff, but mostly never from scratch.. because I don't have the space and time... so I use commonly, extract... and then, I "experiment"... 😜
The best I have done was a 7% triple dry hopped IPA! Was stunning... never made it again the same way... and it was a mess of hops... to filter from a 30L fermenter, even with a bag.
I would say youtube is a 90% succes goes from a consistent publishing. In my country we have useless and sometimes funny\dumbass beer vloggers who are quite popular!
I do really love NZ hops! Never tried the, real fresh, i beleive that the only way to try it is to get there) To get the full aroma profile of the fresh ones! What i also love in NZ beer is real oyster stouts with real oysters))
triple hopped IPA sounds awesome! It's that kind of beer that you cannot brew commercially) lol. too expensive and too much labour) I have a friend from DC, we brewed a lot together when he was living in Kiev, so we did the same stuff on 40GL brews putting there hell lots of hops. Each beer turned cool. But again, there should be the specific brewing equipment to get together with that crazy massive hopping in a commercial scale.
!BEER once again from UA to NZ
😋 Watching your game intensively! Obviously =) And sorry I didn't manage to get it into my attention sooner. There's too much stuff to pay attention since I have "born" basically... I can't understand why the world is so boring for some people! I can't...
There so much around! Fuck... and I can't grasp all of it... so frustrating and joyful at the same time! =)
