Haha, I totally get what you mean about all the moaning and groaning 🤣. That’s why I usually prefer training with a plan or with a coach – that gives me the best results for my physique. But group workouts definitely have their benefits – they boost my endurance and mobility. And honestly, with my coworkers the atmosphere is so fun that even if I look super silly doing some over-complicated exercises, we just laugh together 😅. After such a workout there’s no time to think, only to push through.
