16,379 steps and a smile at the end of the day – #poprzeczka challenge still going strong!

Another day done. And it was actually quite lovely!

Even though my step count today stopped at 16,379, I feel like it was one of those days when movement wasn't a task, but just part of the natural rhythm of life.
Morning routine – classic – kids scattered to school and preschool, and I headed to work... this time on assignment.

The preschool I worked at today is tiny. Cozy, with a warm vibe. And only nine kids – which, compared to my usual lively "Yellow" group, felt like... a vacation! 😅

The day went by slowly. We took the kids out to a playground nestled between buildings, then it was lunchtime, nap time, and peace. That kind of peace doesn’t usually exist in my world! I had almost a full hour of quiet and honestly didn’t know what to do with myself. I even finished work half an hour early because the children were picked up so quickly – things like this only happen when I’m away!

During the day, I managed to get in three walks:
🚶‍♀️to work,
🚶‍♀️from work,
🚶‍♀️and one just for fun.
On top of that – a visit to the beautician. Because hey, if there's a little time to spare, why not treat yourself?

The evening was spent with my family – simple and warm. The kids, my husband, the usual happy chaos – everything in its place.

It’s not always about breaking records. Sometimes, a good day is just a mix of movement, calm, and a little joy.
And when you add in a bit of self-care and time with your loved ones, that’s already a full package of positive energy 💛

@poprzeczka – I’m still in! Maybe tomorrow I’ll throw in a few more steps… or at least find that balance again.
Because in the end, it’s not only the numbers that count, right?

Dzień zaliczony. I to całkiem przyjemnie!

Chociaż licznik kroków zatrzymał się dziś na 16379, czuję, że był to jeden z tych dni, w których ruch nie był tylko obowiązkiem, ale naturalnym rytmem codzienności.
Z rana – klasyk – dzieciaki rozrzucone po świecie: jedno do szkoły, drugie do przedszkola, a ja ruszyłam do pracy… tym razem na delegację.

Przedszkole, w którym dziś pracowałam, jest maleńkie. Takie kameralne, z duszą. I tylko dziewięcioro dzieci – co przy mojej codziennej „żółtej” ekipie brzmi jak... wakacje! 😅

Dzień płynął powoli. Wyszliśmy z dziećmi na plac zabaw między kamienicami, a potem – obiad, drzemka, cisza. Cisza, która normalnie nie istnieje w moim świecie! Miałam prawie godzinę zupełnego luzu i aż nie wiedziałam, co ze sobą zrobić. Pracę skończyłam pół godziny przed czasem, bo maluchy szybciutko się rozeszły – takie rzeczy tylko na wyjazdach!

W ciągu dnia zaliczyłam trzy spacery:
🚶‍♀️do pracy,
🚶‍♀️z pracy,
🚶‍♀️i jeden dla czystej przyjemności.
Dodatkowo – wizyta u kosmetyczki. Bo skoro już udało się wygospodarować chwilę, to czemu nie dać sobie odrobiny troski?

Wieczór spędziłam z rodziną – najzwyczajniej, najcieplej. Dzieci, mąż, domowy rozgardiasz – wszystko na swoim miejscu.

Nie zawsze chodzi o bicie rekordów. Czasem wystarczy dzień, który ma w sobie trochę ruchu, trochę ciszy i trochę przyjemności.
A jak do tego dochodzi jeszcze kosmetyczka i czas z bliskimi, to dla mnie to już pełen pakiet dobrej energii 💛

@poprzeczka – wchodzę w to dalej! Może jutro dorzucę jeszcze kilka tysięcy kroków… albo przynajmniej znowu znajdę równowagę.
Bo w końcu nie tylko liczby się liczą, prawda?

Waking up in the night to pee is quite troublesome! There are various reasons for that, including some disease conditions, notably DM, Overactive bladder, Urinary tract infection, prostate problems, etc. These conditions need to be managed accordingly.
