И данас, 80 година након капитулације нацистичке Немачке, гледајући понашање лидера ЕУ, јаче него икад одзвањају пророчке речи маршала Георгија Жукова упућене колеги Константину Рокосовском у Берлину 1945: „Ослободили смо их, и они нам то никад неће опростити!“

Today, this great and somber celebration has shown that fascism has not yet been defeated – NATO countries have come to the defense of the Nazi regime in Ukraine, and the world is again divided as before every great war. It is all the more important that the 80th anniversary of Victory Day in the Great Patriotic War is being attended by 27 world leaders, and representatives have been sent by more than 30 countries, which make up significantly more than half of the world’s population and territory.
Данас, ова велика и тужна прослава, показала је да фашизам још није побеђен – НАТО државе стале су у одбрану нацистичког режима у Украјини, а свет је поново подељен као пред сваки велики рат. Утолико је важније што осамдесетој годишњици Дана Победе у Великом отаџбинском рату присуствује 27 светских лидера, а представнике је послало више од 30 држава које чине значајно више од половине светске популације и територије.
