I'm sharing a drawing of a mermaid partly submerged in water, I love how the other part of body stays still above the water. The scene is peaceful and gives almost dreamlike feeling, the water wraps around her as she’s part of the ocean itself, she's calm, graceful, and unbothered by the world above.
It's been a while I drew mermaids but this time I focused on her tail and the water around her, initially I didn't know how to go about drawing the water but I didn't overthink it and went with the flow. I love the final outcome....
