Wow, you are the one that had alternated the flow of nature here.

Sleeping between 3-4am and still wants to be awake by 7am. Then how many hours did you sleep?

Nature is our regular time keeper, we can't cheat nature. But you can still adjust your sleeping time to suit your body!

Sometimes I have too many thoughts and ideas in my head so I cant sleep. And those thoughts bring me to doing lots of projects, so sometimes i am too busy to sleep more lol
