Just a question so that we can adapt one of our post reward strategies with the point bonus system?
For example, during the constitution of a new community, we were able to collect more than 100,000 points. One of my jobs in this new community is to reward posts that I think are interesting. But in recent days our rewards have been blocked because you have reimbursed us 1500 pts intended for the votes. This makes us uncomfortable with members who normally have to be rewarded within 7 days. In addition, we intended to collect (via transfers and purchases), several thousand points to reward the best publications.

Can you explain this problem to us and how to fix it?

Boosts are manually reviewed and curated by our curators and it is not guaranteed. Our curators have 24 hours to evaluate all posts and if they don't get chance to review all posts, not boosted ones will get refund. Hope it explains how boosting works.
