Over 16k steps, early off from work, getting one quiet hour to yourself, visiting a beautician, enjoying time with family and kids- what could be more in a day!!! What a blessing!! Enjoy the most of it!

Waking up in the night to pee is quite troublesome! There are various reasons for that, including some disease conditions, notably DM, Overactive bladder, Urinary tract infection, prostate problems, etc. These conditions need to be managed accordingly.
However, some other factors could lead to nighttime peeing that can be avoided with simple measures. Some tips are here
