It's also important to notes all of these are Futures ETFs and nothing more. They seem to be the only version the SEC will be approving this year.

I can't wrap my head around why the SEC thinks this way?

I read quotes saying that their opinion was this was safer for retail.

        Legit the SEC is crazy and worthless in my opinion. Yes there should be accountability to bad actors and bad manipulated trading but they seem to have really lost focus off of that sadly.
