Hive deals with discipline and it doesn't matter the years you've spent in the platform but instead what matters is the constantly genuine posts you share to maintain that consistency in the platform. So many people on the platform might feel discourage when they make post that they feel would generate good rewards but at the end it doesn't while some posts that gets higher rewards with low quality which is vice versa.

However if you love what you do and love been on hive that probably wouldn't be a problem even if it looks like one.
