I'm not sure how he feels about them........one of my philodendrons actually has attached itself to the wall in several places and has grown up to the ceiling over the years! I had a little part of it die and when I pulled that dead part down, it had left tiny pin holes where the roots had attached itself to the wall! He's never said anything about my jungle, so I just keep watering it and it keeps growing!
