Back in the beginning of Ladies Of Hive, I didn’t really know what to expect. The idea was fantastic-a community where ladies from all over the world could share their opinions, seek knowledge and wisdom, but most importantly, seek support of other like minded ladies. Ladies of Hive has proven to be that and so much more!
It's been 5 years on September 6th, since @silversaver888 conceived the idea and brought it to life, and I'm amazed at the diversity of the ladies and even a few gents, that have come together to share their lives; to laugh together and cry together and to love one another in a global sisterhood!
As part of the moderation team, I’ve watched it grow from a handful of ladies to over 7900 subscribers! The camaraderie that happens is awesome to see. Ladies who seek one another out, by reading the posts, interacting with comments, oftentimes back and forth-it’s great to see. We know how to have fun! We have a weekly contest that encourages everyone's participation, which is still going strong even after 5 years! It is an excellent source of getting to know one another and discovering information about all kinds of topics.
I’ve learned a lot reading about other ladies struggles, solutions, lifestyles, culture, and so much more, and I find it fascinating. I am proud to be a member of this community and to watch it to continue to grow in strength and watch the love that passes between it’s members.
Ladies Of Hive is a true 'go to' place for all ladies to meet and be ourselves without worry of judgement.
