How did I do what-exactly? Well, if I knew, I most certainly would NOT do it again!
I woke up this morning to discover I’d thrown my back out in my sleep! Impossible-you say? Well-not for me! I’ve done this before in the past and I’ve even managed a time or two, to throw it out while in the shower 🙄, however this time is seemingly worse. I have a curve to the right so that when you look at me from the front, I resemble the letter S. From the side- I’m stuck at about a 45 degree angle. It will take anywhere from a day or two on up to a week for the S to go away and the 45 degree angle stoop to disappear. Ugh! 😣 Tomorrow is work, which I’ll do- I may just look a bit funny to the patients, lol! 🤣
Ladies Bible study was excellent as we have moved on in Romans and studied chapter 9. It was a good study.

Tomorrow marks the first day of the fill in doc to be more permanent, at the clinic. Things are changing a bit which will increase my responsibilities a bit. It’s all good. 👍
