Well-it’s Friday once again! I’m happy for it as I woke up tired this morning and the situation hasn’t improved much during the day.
Work today was what I call a me, myself and I day. No doctor; no coworkers and almost-almost no patients. I was able to plow through a lot of claims paperwork that needed doing, but it was just for one group’s insurance which involves usually at least two insurances. It’s time consuming and can be tedious, and honestly, could be a part time job unto itself. There’s so much detail claim chasing, especially when you don’t have time to give to it. It helps with the doc being gone, and for the month of April, with one exception, he will be gone all the Thursdays. It will help, but it won’t fix the issue in the long run. 😏
I’m thankful for those days when he is gone though. Makes me feel like I’m getting somewhere! 😁
I’ve no specific plans for the weekend other than to tackle the taxes. I always put it off, but once it’s done, I feel ever so much lighter! It doesn’t even take that long! 🙃
