I slept just 4 minutes shy of 9 hours last night! Obviously I must have needed the sleep 😴 I remember waking up at either 1:30 or 2:30 and then when @silvertop woke me up close to 9 AM. I can’t remember the last time I slept that long!
I’m still a bit under the weather. Most irritating is the loss of taste and smell. I get hungry, meaning my stomach growls but I have little interest in food. So I’ve been focusing on mostly whole foods and texture. Even then, sometimes it’s hard to eat it as it’s tasteless. 🙄
The headlight on Zuki burned out Thursday, so I pulled her into the garage out of the rain ☔️ so @silvertop could replace it. It seems like anymore, that they are burning out more frequently than they used to. I need to research if there’s an LED replacement for it. Maybe they’d last longer.
Late in the afternoon, we went to the Green Barn-a local produce shack that specializes in fresh produce and local farm raised and packaged meats. The chicken is very good (ate some back when I could taste) and the produce fresh.
Then to Safeway to get some other things and gas for Zuki. Then we came home.
I just wish this bug would let go of me. I’m still coughing a lot and sound sick when I talk, although overall, I do feel much better than I did last weekend!
