Meet Phoenix! Many of you maybe already have, but for those of you who haven’t, she’s my son’s dog who is a mix of dachshund and Rhodesian Ridgeback!! She has the body of a Dachshund and the grit of the Ridgeback.
You can see the stripe or ‘ridge that runs down her back. When she’s on high alert, it stands up even onto her tail! She’s quite the fierce little girl!
We’ve dog-sat for her in the past and enjoyed every minute of it. She’s quite the cutie with personality to match and has tons of energy! Enjoy some pics.
Work today was a no doctor day however I still had plenty to keep me busy. Then around 2:45 in the afternoon, I got a call from a major insurance company with issues on documents that needed to be solved by 11 AM tomorrow morning AND, it wasn’t an easy solution either! Fortunately, I was able to get them what was needed and a disaster was averted! 🙏
Tomorrow, we are seriously booked. If things follow the way they’ve been, we will have one or two cancellations along with a no show, which will lighten the load.
