Happy Caturday everybody! 😻😽 Yes, it’s Caturday once again, so be sure to give your furry feline some kitty love today!
As you can see from Cot’s and Cyle’s photos, they are a bit relaxed today. As for me and @silvertop-well I don’t think we’ve totally recovered from our trip last weekend to welcome baby Olivia into the world! We were stressed; up super late and nothing was normal.
This morning I had to be up for a Zoom meeting which began at 8 AM, so sleeping in wasn’t going to happen. It won’t tomorrow either as it’s Sunday and we will go to church. My meeting was long and at one point, I stood for a good portion of it as sitting still was too much of a temptation to nod off, lol!
After the meeting, I roasted some coffee for us. I have a customer order that needs roasting, but I’ve put it off until tomorrow. With it being so hot, we headed out to go to Costco, looking specifically for some heavy duty tarps they carried last year. We struck out, but picked up some things we needed. Afterwards, it was a coffee date at Starbucks.
I decided to do a photo presentation in black and white. Some of the following are black and white; some are silver tone and some are monochrome. I looked through my archives for pics I thought would turn out interesting as black and white. Enjoy!
Flowers make for interesting subjects in this format. I discovered some I preferred as silver tone. Others,as black and white and a couple as monotone, depending on the subject matter as contrasts were varied.
I really like the blade of grass with the water droplets.
