No one of this world that I know of. It’s possible the fairies of the forest do for there is sign close by, but I’ve never seen them!
Welcome to my Sunday! It began at church where we experienced wonderful worship and a wonderful and unexpected sermon. Pastor Kyle and his wife were gone to a conference, so the youth pastor’s wife led worship. The children’s pastor gave the sermon. It was all very good and thought provoking.
After church, we returned home. I did some house chores and did the stationary bike for a bit. Then after a late lunch, decided to take a hike up the road. The door to nowhere in particular, was one of several small embellishments at Grant’s cabin. Grant lives up in Canada and owns a small dry cabin on our road. He has over the years built various buildings-such as a bedroom cabin, a deluxe outhouse complete with a shower even! There’s a couple of woodshed type buildings as well. We stop occasionally to check up on it and take some pics. Heading into the driveway, I saw this.
They are kind of interesting but whatever you do- do not step on one barefoot! Yuck!!
As you go in the driveway, you start to go downhill to the entrance to a bridge that spans a low area that would be difficult to cross without it. This is the view looking out from the middle of the bridge.
He’s got some interesting and pretty areas. It had just rained, and the droplets were quite pretty!

We continued on up to the pond. I don’t recall cattails looking like this regardless of their growth stage.

On the way back down, the neighbor’s goats were out. The babies are a little over a month old.
So cute! 🐐
