We started out our day at church. I love Sunday and I love going to church! Pastor Kyle always shares a good word and he can even make you laugh while doing it. 😁
After church, we headed home to do a few chores and decided to go to the store as there were a few things we needed to get before heading to Bill and Agi’s next weekend. Tomorrow is roasting coffee for a customer and Tuesday is ladies Bible study, so it seemed today was my only chance to go. It was forecast to be a scorcher and the weatherman didn’t disappoint! 😅 First stop-Costco. We weren’t there that long, but again, some things that we needed and only available there. Then a stop at Walmart as there was an item I’ve been needing to purchase as a gift, but wanted to wait until now. That was a quick stop as well, so then to the Dollar Tree for gift wrap and bags. It was 88 degrees at this point, so I suggested mocha frappes to cool off with. We both felt better afterwards. ☺️
I saved some pictures from our excursion to Lynden City Park yesterday, so this first batch of photos is from there.
I’m glad we walked that black topped trail yesterday when it was still hot, but definitely cooler than today! 😅

We had TWO of these guys in the house today! 🙀 I’m not sure how they got in, but I was eventually able to capture them one at a time in a cup, and then release the outside.

Once home, we unloaded the car and turned on the AC! I am thankful we have it!🙏
