Nothing should be "taken", if a user supports a project, then they can send Hive or HBD to that project.

Yeah, that's what I meant. I see that was a poor choice of word.
But should it be from HP or liquid HIVE?
If HP, then it would give a purpose for HP and another update to the chain is needed. Maybe another hardfork
