I believe the market is still in fear especially as Binance and Tether are being probed. And basically those two are controllers of the market.

        Especially Tether. A lot of people (myself included) keep their freed up/back up funds in Tether instead of actual fiat. Can be scary sometimes. But then again, so is having fiat in the bank in a country close to hyperinflation.
