That's a healthy decision! I think we are in a age that we start to assess our daily routines...what we can change to fight more the problems coming? I started using much more sunscreen for example just recently !
Oh I always use the 50 one and stay under the umbrella at the sea, we got a case of melanoma on family and I got lot of moles
