Hahaha still not, but I guess there is a high protestant influence from the late 19th century and early 20th. They call the temperance movement , associating alcohol with moral decline etc and it hasn't changed since then ! I heard that they are doing some small trials in allowing public drinking in Parks in some provinces, but is still slow!
