I'm sure that i put up an update along the way but it ended in heartbreak unfortunately.
We were by far the better team but our goalkeeper had a terrible day and conceded three easy goals.
We were still ahead at full time but they managed a late goal with the last shot of the game and we lost by one point.
It was a tough one to take.
But we'll go again this year. All i can do is practice and improve to be a bigger part of the team next year and enjoy it a bit more.
Sorry about the loss and yes, a new season to get back into the game. I know how it always feels when the best team ends up not winning.
