One of the best more recent initiatives on Hive... at least for those of us who believe in engagement!

You're also to be commended for regularly reminding people about @topcomment because so many endeavors start out with great fanfare but turn into "hit and run" projects in the false belief that things will run themselves forever.

Perhaps what's most important here is that this also presents an external image to the world who might accidentally browse Hive that those who put some effort into engagement are acknowledged... it sends a positive message.
