Yesterday at about 4:55 PM getting ready to leave work. We, as in all us employees, usually have a little chat about what ever comes up. Yesterday I was talking to my supervisor with others listing in. I was asking him if he ever hear of a Bore Hole? The answer was no. I started explaining how the Hive community did its first ever off chain, real world bettering peoples lives project. He was pretty amazed. But that is not the point of this story.
The others that where listing. Oh my. First question: What is Bitcoin? I guess I should not be shocked. There are still people out there that does not no what Bitcoin is. Or crypto or how it is changing the world. That it is going to replace the current economic system
I felt sad. Not that they don't know. The fact that they don't want to know. People get stuck in their lives. They don't want to better themselves.
Example: And this is a general example from listing to people. Some people just like to get up in the morning. Go to work for someone else, go home. Struggle to makes end meet. And be happy with that. Are they really happy with that life? Or do they just tell themselves that because they don't know any better and are, to put it bluntly, to lazy to do anything about it.
I have spent 50 plus years living pay check to pay check, just making ends meet. I am changing that. Thanks to crypto, thanks to Hive.
As you all know the biggest change I made this year was to become Mr. Positive and it was the biggest and best change I have made in my life. Only four months into this year and the benefits are blowing my mind already. Offline and online.
I take a good hard look at myself everyday now, should I be pushing this at other people? Or should I just be leading by example? I think it is leading by example and giving the people who want to hear it the information they need. Be it how to become a super freaking positive person. Or educate them on Hive and crypto.
The world is changing, and far to many people are going to be left behind.
I won't be, and everyone reading this wont be. Be thankful you are here on Hive, and spread the word to everyone that will listen to you. Get them on Hive, show them the future. Don't let your family and friends be left in the dust.
