        Dear, sorry for replying you late, i don't use discord so i'm not sure to join the group, i just want to introduce you to the book “The Shurangama Sūtra - The Fifty Skandha Demon States” by Hsuan Hua master monk, in This book will have all the weird and confusing things that the meditator will experience and how to overcome it, you can find it on amazon.

              Thank you, I wasn’t aware of that book. I have listened to 5hinderances (nivarnas) of meditators - but looks like that book is a very detailed one and very useful. Thanks.
