This couldn't have come at a better time for me as I'm currently struggling with a challenging healing protocol which drains me daily. Meditation is very important for me to ditch the stress reaction that comes with Illness. I'm writing a post about my ongoing healing journey right now.
Also, I can't afford to pay for regular group meditation sessions out in the real world so this is a good send!
