Yes, I have had and still have those days when I have errands to run or things I don't like doing but have to do. What I try to do is get the things I dislike the most done first and as quickly as possible, so that I can then feel relieved and reward myself with things I enjoy. That's my strategy and it works for me. I try to plan as best I can, within the limits of what I can control.
