This has now changed where your 100% vote will always burn 2% voting mana and give max strength no matter your voting mana at the time. Meaning you can basically deplete your voting mana by casting 50x 100% votes in a row (if you start at 100%).

I usually stayed over 80% voting Mana voting at 50%, 70% but stayed away from voting 100% cuz I didn't want to deplete my voting power. With the current changes, I can vote more and distribute more?
