RE: Try not to break your stride.

Momentum is hard to achieve but easy to lose. It goes hand in hand with consistency and when things are going well it gets easier and faster to succeed.

Definitely man, I lost my momentum and 170 or so day streak recently as I was on holidays and was too hungover or having too much fun to post. I missed two or three days and it was hard to get back on the horse, but back on I got, as I need to post daily to keep getting to know people and to grow.

That's exactly what happens.

Then it's so hard to get going again until you do and then it comes back over a few days.

Ya it's all about forming the habit and then maintaining it. I read somewhere that it takes 66 days to form a habit to the point where it's automatic, sounds about right
